Adjunct Academy

Staff Development at Fullerton College is pleased to present a two-day training series that includes 10 hours of interactive workshops designed exclusively for Fullerton College adjunct faculty. This two-day program is designed to provide our adjunct faculty with information about our students and campus resources, as well as introduce participants to equitable practices to enhance student engagement, retention, and success.

Additionally, we hold training sessions on applying for a full-time faculty position.

Note

Adjunct faculty  will only be able to participate in the Fall Adjunct Academy once every three years. For past participants, the Spring Adjunct Academy, offered in January, is open to everyone.
